Desk sharing and swab booking for Covid-19 pandemic

On May 4th "Phase 2" began as previously announced by the Italian Prime Minister: many companies have resumed their activities allowing the return of their employees to their offices. To protect the health and safety of both employees and companies, Cluster Reply has developed the “Desk Sharing + Social Distancing” solution. This solution includes a series of useful functionalities for managing company workstations according to the rules defined in the “Salva Italia Decree”.

Cluster Reply’s solution has been enhanced to allow employees to book an oropharyngeal swab using Microsoft Teams: the employee can choose when to get tested through a simple and intuitive interface. After booking, the employee will be notified on his Outlook calendar. At the end of the test, it is possible to communicate the outcome to the company.
