Machine Learning for safety at work using Azure Machine Learning

Safety at work is a sensitive topic that has always been under discussion. Accidents in the workplace occur often in almost all companies, especially those where manual work is prevalent. In this webinar, we want to show how using machine learning and AI techniques that help with the application of preventive actions can reduce accidents in the workplace. In particular, we will see how text analytics and computer vision help, in different ways, to achieve this goal. Text analytics enables us to detect recurrent patterns in the causes of accidents in order to initiate preventive actions. Using computer vision algorithms, we can analyse videos streamed from a video camera to see when an incident is happening or about to happen, and take action to reduce or prevent it. We will see how, thanks to Azure's Machine Learning service, we can leverage advanced computing power placed in the cloud to train and execute these algorithms in a centralised and optimal way.
