Within Brick Reply Research and Development Department, we are continuously exploring solutions and technologies to minimise voluntary user interactions with applications, making the relationship natural and user friendly. Although this is easy to imagine in a consumer context, it is not quite so tangible in an industrial manufacturing one. However, Natural Language Processing can be used to simplify interactions with our Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) platform Brick Reply™.
