In this session we will show how international pharmaceutical companies can turn fragmented, country‑specific data landscapes into a scalable profit and decision engine powered by Google Cloud. Based on a real‑world implementation, we will walk through a pragmatic “Data‑to‑Profit” journey that links modern cloud data architecture and AI directly to margin protection, faster reporting, and better steering quality across Commercial and Market Intelligence functions. The session follows a practical “Data-to-Profit” approach and focuses on outcomes, not technology hype.
We will show how we harmonized heterogeneous data from 9 countries into a single, trusted decision layer  aka “Single Source of Truth” for a global pharma player, built on Google Cloud’s data and AI capabilities. This is especially critical in pharma, where products are classified very differently across markets (Rx, OTC, CHC/food supplement). We demonstrate how a structured data model running on Google Cloud closes these logic gaps, enabling real-time global price transparency, control of parallel trade and grey-market effects, and early detection of margin leakage.
