The Evolution of IoT Cloud Solutions

One key element in this shift is the digital twin; a completely virtual version of a physical product that plays a vital role in the fully digitalised product life cycle. In this session, we'll explain everything you need to know about digital twins, including its main benefits and how to implement it using ‘Azure Digital Twins’ as the basis for modeling assets that interact with the physical world. The aim is to demonstrate this approach with an IoT coffee machine use case, where sensors and IoT devices are modeled as digital twins to allow for real-time maintenance, asset management, consumption monitoring, energy efficiency solutions and 3D visualisation.
